Your go-to trademark docketing stack

Tuning our trademark workflow and curious what’s saving you time; we’re using Alt Legal for USPTO docketing, Corsearch watches pushed into a Teams channel, with a Monday 9 a.m… digest and 30/7/1-day reminders to triage office actions before clients see risk summaries. Any tips on turning search results into concise advisement memos clients read (ideally two pages) without missing likelihood-of-confusion gotchas? General information only — please consult a qualified attorney for specific cases.

I’ve had good luck building a Word template that auto‑populates from an Alt Legal custom export; it opens with a two‑sentence “Bottom line” and one paragraph that translates Corsearch hits into a simple red/yellow/green risk with one cited exemplar (drop a TSDR link if a client wants to drill in). To keep it under two pages, I push the full search notes to an appendix and cap it at one conflict per class with a plain‑English rationale. If it’s a crowded field or a 2(d) close call, I skip the color code and flag “consult counsel” up top.
