I had a client call this morning, panicking about an ‘urgent’ document they needed. After some back and forth, it turns out they just wanted me to print a comic strip for them. Let’s just say my face was worth a thousand words when I found out — it took all I had not to laugh during the call. Anyone else ever had a similar experience?

How wild is it to think about something so trivial becoming an ‘urgent’ request? Maybe we should start charging extra for all the comic printing or throw in a ‘joke fee’ for these requests to keep things light! @l_sanders89, what do you think about that? It could save us from those unexpected calls at 9 AM.
