Quantifying client communication on a resume

I’m a Legal Administrative Assistant supporting 5 attorneys, and I’m trying to turn my client communication and organization work into clear metrics — think triaging 30+ client emails/calls daily in Outlook, tracking tasks in Clio, and keeping court deadlines aligned. What specific numbers or outcomes have landed well with hiring managers without reading like fluff?

I’d report both and foreground ωtotal (abstract/table), then add a one-liner: ‘α assumes tau-equivalence; your CFA is congeneric, so α is a lower bound,’ which has sailed through for me; if questioned, I cite Dunn et al., 2014 (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.edurev.2014.06.003)… Did you also check ωh to show the general factor is doing the heavy lifting?
